Wonderful Amenities and Ideal Location
many amenities comfortable bed friendly staff excellent breakfast
I appreciated the room. It featured many amenities. The bed was VERY comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful. They were always available to ensure every detail was perfect. The breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to each day.
The elevators are tiny and quite SLOW.

The hotel's location is excellent, steps from the Duomo, and within easy walking distance of major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. It is a very central location and close to many places of interest. It is also close to the transport system for getting around.

The rooms were spacious and recently updated. I REALLY enjoyed the complimentary snacks available in the afternoon. The rooms are clean with modern comfort and are impeccably maintained with high-quality linens.

Breakfast service was varied and of very good quality. It was served in a pleasant and refined setting. There are many restaurant options NEARBY. the breakfast was delicious every morning.

superb location comfy bed good coffee slow elevator dirty glasses opened bottles
the location was superb, easy for accessing main tourist spots. the room included a super comfy bed. the breakfast offered good coffee.
The elevators were really slow and small. the bathroom cleanliness was not good. I noticed dirty glasses. i found opened water bottles upon arrival.

excellent location and service
comfortable bed attentive staff great location really good service
the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the duomo and many shops, i found it very convenient. the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was helpful. i liked the attentiveness of kiara at breakfast, i thanked her for her really good service.
i noticed that the elevators were quite slow, a slight inconvenience.
