the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the duomo and many shops, i found it very convenient. the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was helpful. i liked the attentiveness of kiara at breakfast, i thanked her for her really good service.

i stayed in a superior twin room. the room was neat. the hotel team members helped me to make reservations. the breakfast buffets offered a lot of food.
it was a slight inconvenience, but i hope the hotel can address this.
